6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM East Africa Time (EAT).

Orders placed on or before 6:00 PM are normally processed and dispatched on the same day, subject to product availability and successful order confirmation.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will normally be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

6.2 Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeframe is:

Order cut-off: 6:00 PM EAT
Processing/dispatch: Same day for orders placed by 6:00 PM
Transit time: 1 business day
Total delivery time: 0–2 business days

Delivery may be completed on the same day for eligible orders and locations, while other orders may take up to 2 business days, depending on the delivery destination and courier service.

6.3 Delivery Days

Orders are normally processed and delivered Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.4 Delivery Area

We offer delivery within Kenya. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and the availability of courier services in the destination area.

6.5 Delivery Delays

The stated delivery timeframe is an estimated timeframe. Delays may occasionally occur because of traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, courier disruptions, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.6 Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and valid contact information.

Lovellamart shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6.7 Risk and Delivery

Delivery is considered completed when the product is handed over to the customer or an authorized recipient at the designated delivery location, subject to applicable law and our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

7.3 Where a refund has been approved, it will normally be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
